| 分類に関するメモ：ガラガラは世界各地の暖温帯～熱帯域に分布するTricleocarpa cylindricaに充てられてきましたが，Wang et al. (2005)によるrbcL遺伝子を用いた分子系統解析では，T. cylindricaは4つのクレードに分かれ，複数の種類を含んでいる可能性が示唆されていました。Wiriyadamrikul et al. (2013) は，形態観察とrbcL, COI (cox1) 遺伝子を用いた分子系統解析の結果から，韓国と日本産のガラガラがインド洋のT. cylindricaとは別種であることを示し，新種T. jejuensisを記載しました。 |
